Positive: Beautiful location, kind staff, comfortable and warm yurts. Especially the little kid who speaks English was really nice. The oven did go out after a few hours but the yurt retains most of the heat for the night and the blankets are really warm. The showers and toilets were always clean, and surprisingly they had hot water in the shower!

Negative: I understand washing bedding well without a machine is difficult, but our bedding was full of stains. Clean, but seeing stains wasn't the best thing. Also, bring your own food for lunch/dinner because the portions are absolutely tiny, especially for the price, but it's understandable given the remoteness of the location.

Positive: Muhammad was an amazing host. His family worked hard to provide us with a memorable experience. He even took us on a horse trek. The facilities were comfortable and clean enough.

Negative: The meals were slightly expensive for what was provided but understandable given the remoteness of the location.

Positive: The host Asel helped us when we were stuck in a pothole 3km from the property, she followed us to our car and guided us out of the pothole. The yurts were clean and cosy, the food was comforting and they organised a fun horse-riding tour for us. 10/10 would recommend

Positive: We had an exceptional stay here, and it wasn’t only because the setting is stunning. The real difference was the human experience. We arrived late at night with serious mechanical problems with our car, exhausted after hours on the road. The person who manages the property didn’t just offer help or advice. She and her family drove more than an hour to the nearest town, in the dark, to find the parts we needed, and came back the same evening so we could repair the car on site. She saw we were tired, and simply told us to rest, as if we were guests in her home, not just visitors passing through. That level of kindness, availability, and genuine care is something you don’t expect - and when it happens, it stays with you. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful, and truly unique. But what really makes it unforgettable is the people who run it. I’m deeply grateful for their help and generosity. If you are looking not only for a beautiful place to stay, but for a reminder that hospitality can still be real and human, I cannot recommend this place enough.
