Positive: The staff were super welcoming and hospitable at all times. They really worked hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, helping us booking a taxi to the pier, and renting a car, which in Koh Phangan can be a bit of a challenge. The breakfast was superb. It is not the standard breakfast buffet you would find at other accommodations. Instead they had a menu with different dishes you could choose from and as much as you wanted, so great if you are into brunching. Breakfast is open from 9 am to 5 pm. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, so the only thing you can really hear is the sound of bird chirping and some house cats walking around with their bells. The sea view was breathtaking even from a partial sea view bungalow.
Negative: Beware that depending on the location of your bungalow you might have to climb more or less stairs, so if accessibility is something important for you, this might not be the best place to stay. The bathroom does not have a separation between shower and WC, which is quite common for this sort of architecture. We were fine with it as the floor dried up quite quickly after each shower. Other than that, very top accommodation for the price-performance ratio.

Positive: Breakfast is served until 5pm! What a great idea! They don't do buffet style, you order off the menu so it's all fresh. Room service is free, too! You just get charged menu prices. They also give you 6 bottles of water a day - not the usual 2. And laundry is charged at the same price as if you used the local laundry service. All these touches mean we will book again next year. It's a shame other hotels don't do the same. The rooms are big and are very bright. The ones with sea view and partial sea view are brilliant. The service is excellent - every member of staff is lovely.

Positive: - Loved the sunset from our Sea View bungalow - Service was amazing! So welcoming and helpful, we cannot thank everyone enough! - Food was also great, alongside all of the cocktails in happy hour - We loved all 8 cats! Especially John Snow
Negative: - Bedrooms were out dated and needed some TLC. - The amount of plastic water bottles. We wish we could have paid for xtra for glass bottles to be refilled.

Positive: This is really amazing place to enjoy island vibe. Staff goes above and beyond to make guest stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks for such lovely cat family who lives there! Love. P.s restaurant simply great not only for included breakfest, but for lunch and dinner. Be sure to give them a try to surprise you!
