Summary: Having recently stayed at Zannier Phum Baitang I’d like to start with how wonderful the team are and how clearly they care for both the guests and the environment. It’s a beautiful property, focused on sustainability while remaining luxurious. I’d like to acknowledge our wonderful tuk-tuk driver, Ousa, who took great care of us and provided excellent service. Overall a fabulous place who I would recommend to anyone, Thank you.

Summary: Staying at Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang felt like being in paradise. The setting is stunning, the design elegant and sophisticated, and the service absolutely flawless. I honestly don’t think there’s a better hotel in Siem Reap.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. What impressed me most was not luxury, but the special atmosphere. Surrounded by rice fields and water buffalo, with beautiful stilted houses, the whole place felt calm and unique. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel’s design is stylish yet reflects the local culture, which made the stay feel very authentic. A lovely surprise was receiving a small bag of rice from their own fields when we checked out. Such a simple but meaningful gesture left a deep impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap. It’s a place that creates lasting memories.
