Positive: The hotel has an excellent location—quiet but still close to the market 5 min walk and the museum . The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.
Negative: First, the soundproofing—I know I booked a room without it, but it felt like there was no door at all. Some soundproofing would be great, as I could clearly hear everything, even normal conversations. Second, the internet was very bad; it kept connecting and disconnecting every 5 seconds. When I asked the staff, they told me I was the first person to complain, even though others had the same issue, and I didn’t appreciate that lie. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would book again, but in a back room away from the hallway.
Summary: Amazing hotel ,fantastic breakfast ,very good location ,bad soundproofing,worst internet expirence ever.

Positive: The description for this hotel is not an exaggeration. This is the perfect spot to get a 360 degree view of the hot air balloons. It’s a 5 minute walk from the town center. The staff is great, willing to assist. I can’t remember all their names but they were wonderful. The breakfast is delicious too! Our flight was leaving before breakfast began so the staff packed us each a breakfast box 🥹🫶🏼 çok teşekkür ederim Zemi Hotel Cappadocia!

Positive: An exceptional hotel in Göreme. Modern, cozy, quiet, and perfectly located in a beautiful setting. 100% recommended. If I were to return to Göreme and look for accommodation, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable: Mustafa at the reception; Kubra at the restaurant and buffet; and Cener and Edanur at the SPA. Thank you all for your outstanding service!
Negative: The only area for improvement would be the preparation of some restaurant dishes—such as the chicken sandwich—which did not live up to the rest of the experience. It would be great to see more attention given to this aspect. While the hotel was very helpful in organizing and booking various tours, we would have appreciated more transparency regarding pricing. Some services seemed significantly overpriced, likely due to intermediary markups. For instance, the Whirling Dervishes religious ceremony—free for locals—was offered to us at €35 per person, with no distinction between adults and children, even when attending in your own vehicle and without a guide. Likewise, the visit to the “Aladdin” pottery workshop in Avanos felt like a tourist trap, with prices up to four times higher than expected. It appears that hotels, guides, and agencies may have arrangements in place. We recommend avoiding purchases at that factory. In Göreme, you can find shops offering similar-quality items at much fairer prices—such as "Imperial Art Gallery", where we bought a handmade decanter at a reasonable price.

Positive: Very clean, up to date room, comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Superb location for viewing balloons and scenery. Good free car parking, with security oversight. Easy walk into town.
Negative: Having to log in to internet every time. Coffee machine at breakfast was swapped during our stay, and the new one only offered instant coffee.
Summary: A very comfortable stay in a nice modern hotel.
