ZenBreak Villa Nerbis is located in the small town of Nerbis, situated in the department of Landes, South West of France and able to accommodate 8 guests. The location offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the peaceful atmosphere is sure to captivate you. Villa Nerbis is located in Haute-Chalosse and is situated between Dax and Mont-de-Marsan, with the Adour river flowing nearby. In addition the villas is also close to the Dune du Pilat (highest dune in Europe), to the Landes coast and the Basque Country.

The villa comprises a living room with an open plan kitchen & dining area which leads into an enclosed indoor garden with a large jacuzzi (6 persons), a laundry room, a mezzanine with TV & games, relaxation area perfect for quiet reading, 4 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms.

The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a toilet.

Upstairs, there is a relaxation area with sofa bed, Mezzanine with TV, games & a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a toilet, and a walk in closet.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups of people.
