Summary: Wonderful overall, prompt replies and support from owners. The instructions for the unit and parking were a bit convoluted and therefore confusing, which was challenging as we arrived at night during a snow storm. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a great two night stay in Duluth and would stay here again. This place has lots of space, very comfortable furnishings and was very clean. It's an updated older building with great character and high ceilings so we did hear the occasional patter of toddler feet and occasional heavy adult feet from upstairs. Convenient location.
