Summary: This hotel is a potential 5, but it is need of some maintenance and upgrades. It is a beautiful property with great views and a quiet area. As all the carpeted areas in the room and hallways are well worn and dirty, I would recommend that the property owners consider switching to tile floors as the climate is suitable. The breakfast has many choices for everyone but the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Summary: Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. So peaceful to walk around near boats cruise and the buffet breakfast is amazing. However the hotel bathroom is dirty needs cleaning and maintenance. Could see moulds everywhere.

Summary: Not impressed at all, considering they try and sell themselves as a luxurious place. When I arrived staff turned their nose up at me, I felt they thought I was in the wrong place with a backpack on me. Checking in was smooth, but didnt see the staff smile or even look at me. The room itself was okay, nice size and comfortable. No plug sockets near the bed which was annoying. I feel it needs abit of TLC generally, as some things are worn. There was also dirt in the bed side tables and the sheets had a tear in them. I also asked for late check out which I happily paid for, however halfway throughiut the day my card stopped working. I went down and they sorted it quickly but no apology and again seemed dismissive. Further to that, I later had housekeeping come into my room asking why I hadnt checked out. I dont know why the late check out wasnt communicated to them? Overall, Wouldnt recommend and not very impressed.
