*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
As you enter into the house on the top, 4th floor, there is the kitchen, dining area, living room, access to garage, deck overlooking the lake view, a 1/2 bathroom, pantry and access to the elevator. Down from the top 4th floor is the rest of the house/bedrooms. Every bedroom has a TV. On the 3rd floor is Jr Master br1 with a king, full bathroom, TV, small sitting deck and fireplace -access to the elevator on this floor is in this bedroom; br2 with a queen & TV; br3 with a full size bed & TV; br4 with queen & full bathroom; br5 with a bunk-full on bottom-twin on top, TV & full bathroom.
There is a full shared bathroom on the 3rd floor in the hallway. On the 2nd floor is the master br6 with a king, TV, fireplace, full bathroom- access to the elevator on this floor is in this bedroom. On the 1st floor is the small pool, hot tub, full bathroom & TV.

Summary: Really enjoyed the house. Great deck overlooking the lake. The pool / hot tub room at the bottom of the elevator is nice but we spent most of the time in the upstairs living room, which is a great area to hang in. The second level had most of the bedrooms and the master bedroom downstairs is huge. The couches in the master pullout into beds so there are extra beds if needed, but I would say bring your own bedding if you plan to do that. The steam shower in the Master was amazing. Had a great time

Summary: Very nice home. Stayed relatively cool for no AC in a perfect Tahoe summer day. Amazing sunset views of the lake. Elevator is a convenient touch as well. In zephyr cove so close to everything. Most of the remotes were dead and none were left to replace. Not really a huge issue cause we were out all day anyway. Only real knock is some of the pool/hot tub features didnt work which is a bummer (some jet buttons on hot tub & lap pool/fountain). I saw some poor reviews of the pool prior so was expecting less but ended up working out well overall. I would stay again for sure.

Summary: We had a great time at the Zephyr Cove house. Had a few issue's when we arrived (no propane for the grill and elevator was not working). Property manager answered immediately and sent a nice young man out to fix our issues. Property was clean and a very accurate description of house. With the exception of the pool is smaller than it appeared. But we never used it anyways. Would stay here again with a party of 8-10 people.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was enjoyable. Unfortunately there wasn't any furniture for the deck and we couldn't figure out the hot tub. Plenty of room for our family and had what we needed.

Summary: The house and location were amazing, and exceeded our expectations. The property management company was very responsive, and helped us with an early check-in. Would highly recommend. The only issue we had was that we were unable to get the hot tub working.

Summary: We definitely enjoyed our stay, the views were stunning. Having an indoor pool and hot tub were a great touch. We ended up bringing my Dad with us. The elevator made it very easy for him to get up to the other floors. Just wished the elevator for the 2nd floor wasn’t only assessable through a bedroom.
