This home is located 4 miles from the front gate of Zion National Park and less than 1 mile to the charming town of Springdale. This is convenient to all the activities but in a more peaceful setting. This 6 acre ranch features a 2 story fully renovated house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It offers spectacular views of the red rock cliffs of Zion Canyon in a pastoral setting. This 2 bedroom house will comfortably sleep 4, with the ability to sleep an additional 2 on an inflatable bed. The upstairs has an inviting open concept great room. The galley style kitchen features granite counter tops and top appliances, including an electric stove and oven, Kitchenaid dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, a complete set of pots, pans and dishes. The corner master bedroom is also upstairs. It has a comfortable bedroom with en suite bath. There is queen sized bed and windows to capture the morning sunrise and the glowing red rocks in the afternoon. Two other windows look out across the pasture/hay field to the clay colored mesas. There is a 12ft by 36 ft spacious second floor balcony for outside relaxing and stargazing. This has a granite top table and chairs for your dining pleasure. Watch the cliffs glow red in the late afternoon sun. You can see the Milky Way when the sky gets dark!
There is a large second bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Also full sized laundry facilities.
A nourishing retreat for the body and soul! Due to town ordinances, I can only offer this thru a monthly lease. This is a great place to base out of for your travels to Southern Utah and beyond. Contact me for discounted monthly rates.

Summary: I have rented many vacation homes over the years and I must say this one is now added to the top of my list. The home was clean as could be and filled with everything you could possibly need. It is decorated in an uncluttered sophisticated southwest style making it easily feel like home. The view is awesome and the location just perfect. Far enough away to allow tranquility yet close enough for an easy ride to Zion/ Springdale restaurants and amenities. We were three people sharing two bedrooms that allowed great privacy. We visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon and other areas recommended by Karen the host. Karen was a delight to deal with and extremely excited to share her wealth of knowledge. I can't say enough about how welcomed she made us feel or the incredible beauty of this wonderful part of our country! I hope to return and when I do I will not waste time looking into any other accommodation. This is where I would stay again without a doubt!

Summary: Very nice house in a great location, just outside of Springdale and Zion NP. Very well kept, clean, and well stocked. Karen, the owner, was great to work with, and very accommodating with our last minute planning. Would definitely return!

Summary: The house itself has red cliffs surrounding it. The location was close to Zion, but we also drove to Bryce, and the north rim of the Grand canyon too. The deck was great for relaxing and stargazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: I completely enjoyed every aspect of my time in the Zion Canyon. This house was charming, clean and just like the photos. The owner takes excellent care of this house and was very helpful. It was a scenic five mile drive to the Zion National Park entrance in Springdale. This area is beautiful! The hiking and biking are fantastic. I enjoyed the closeness of Springdale for its restaurants and galleries. However, I liked the spaciousness of this location. The second story balcony was my favorite spot for dining and star gazing. This is an excellent getaway for a couple, a family or two couples traveling together. The owner was prompt with a full refund of my deposit.
