Summary: Great location! All I needed was a clean comfortable place to sleep and shower. It was spotless! It is not setup for doing any cooking or eating indoors.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here! The room was super spacious and comfortable — had a little bit of view of mountains from window. What really made the experience stand out though was the host. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us during our stay. She helped us with quite a few things!! The location was another highlight — very convenient, with beautiful views all around. We loved just relaxing and taking it all in after a day of long long hikes. Also, the room had a little pantry that was thoughtfully stocked with really useful items, which was such a nice touch and came in handy.Overall, such a lovely stay — we’d definitely come back!

Summary: Nice, utilitarian accommodation. Refrigerator was a bit small, considering all the condiments left by previous guests. Otherwise nice place!

Summary: We stayed here as a launching point for Zion and Bryce. The property was very clean and a great size for a couple. Springdale is only 20 minutes away. The host is extremely hospitable, friendly and great at communicating, answers all questions promptly and helping us as need. Thanks for everything!

Summary: We had expected more of a kitchen and access to a washer and dryer. The owner did offer to let us use theirs though. This seemed more like a glorified motel room. We did enjoy our stay and the hosts were very nice and recommended a couple of GREAT places to eat.
