Positive: The room was new, very clean with elegant furniture and all the basic facilities needed for a short trip. There was a nice balcony. The staff was friendly.

Negative: The location. It's a little bit far from the city center. No breakfast offered in the hotel.

Summary: Good place to stay in Zlaograd if you don't mind to be out of the city center
