Positive: Location is really good, you’re a bit far from all the party scene which mess the area is quite but right around the corner you have a few great restaurants and bars! Also one person of the staff Rita, was super helpful and nice!

Negative: The suites are all allows to smoke. So the place has a smell and also central part of the ventilation transfer smell of cigarettes. I think the place would definitely benefit to have non smoking areas

Summary: Everyone was great apart from the above reasons

Positive: Amazing staff, great location, great food

Negative: Quite expensive, and sadly had to pay extra for breakfast items although breakfast was supposedly included once we booked. Balcony is very small and unable to be utilized, but wasn’t an issue.

Summary: Amazing stay nonetheless, perfect staff, and great location.

Positive: The location is great (quite central in Beirut), and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast food at the restaurant is also delicious (that's all we tried). The staff is well-trained, polite and very accommodating. Our overall experience was great, and we will stay there again when in Beirut.

Negative: It would have been ideal had the building had a gym and/or spa, but the lack of it certainly was not a deal-breaker.

Summary: Great place, highly recommended.
