Positive: Warm , everything worked and was clean. Room for all my winter gear. Well placed for me as had come to go winter fatbiking on either side of Geilo and beyond.

Positive: The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and cozy with the mountains and snow surrounding. The cottages are a bit out of town, but about a 20-minute walk to a great Chinese place which was great after a day of skiing. You can Nordic ski to the cottages as well, but once you are there it is a bit of a hassle to go back into town without a car. The bathrooms were also very clean and seemed newly renovated.

Positive: Cute cottages, everything you need in them.

Negative: Power went out once. Taking the Skibus is a bit complicated because the stops aren’t on google maps.
