Positive: Perfect location, nice and very clean apartment, nicely decorated, helpful and kind hostess, the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment has a shower cabin which I appreciate. We would like to stay here again if we'll visit Ruse. Only the pillows in the bed were a bit too big for our necks, i would prefer more thin one.

Positive: Communication with the owner was great, had no issue with self checking. Parking lot was supervised by cameras. The apartment was great, it had everithing you could ever need, decoreted with taste, the place was clean, it smelled very nice, we had a bonus snak on the bed at check in and we really apreciate that. What can I say this was a great experience, I would recomend!

Positive: Nicely located between town and train/bus station. Five minute walk from train and maybe ten from town. There was a good supermarket a block away too. Nice and clean and tidy with a little balcony and all the facilities. I met the owner to receive the key and she was most helpful.
