1. Relax at the Beach
   Cape May is a unique beach community with moderately warm water and sugar-white sand, which is much more comfortable to walk on than you might expect.
2. Stroll Around Town
   West Cape May is one of those towns where you can easily spend hours walking around admiring the different Victorian houses. Some homes are lovingly kept up, others seem to be slowly returning to nature. There are also shops on many of the streets with locally-made food and gifts.
3. Visit the West Cape May Lighthouse
   The lighthouse tower is always open for anyone to climb, but if you want to go inside youll need to schedule a tour. Tours are available most Sundays, or by appointment otherwise. The lighthouse was built at the end of the 19th century, and is still in use by commercial ships which travel down the Delaware Bay to Philadelphia.
4. Enjoy Some Fishing
   Cape May is a great place for fishing, due to its location at the tip of a peninsula. If youre lucky, you might catch bluefish or weakfish (which are both types of stripers).
