While bookings are completed directly through our partners platforms, StayAndPlay simplifies your search by comparing prices and options across multiple platforms. Our mission is to make discovering and booking your perfect golf escape easy and exciting, so you can get out there and play!

To make changes to your reservation, please visit the partner platform where your booking was completed. StayAndPlay serves as an affiliate provider, consolidating listings from multiple travel sites for easy searching but does not manage reservation details directly. Refer to your email confirmation for specific details about the partner platform. As bookings are made through our partners and not directly through StayAndPlay, we are unable to process modifications, cancellations, or changes.

We list properties from our partners, including various online travel agents (OTAs) and direct channels managed by property owners or managers. When you signed up with these services, you likely agreed to have your property distributed across multiple platforms, including ours. We direct visitors to our partners’ websites or directly to the property owner’s site for bookings. We do not handle bookings on our site directly. Our goal is to help partners promote their golf properties and increase bookings, whether it’s a golf villa, resort, or retreat. Listing on our network does not incur additional costs.

If your property has been removed from a supplier’s website, it may still be cached on our site, but we’re working to remove it. Eventually, it will also be unpublished from our network. If you’d like it removed faster, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

The listings on our website are sourced from our trusted partners. If your property is listed with one of our partners, it may appear on StayAndPlay, offering additional exposure for your golf retreat or nature-based accommodation. Currently, there is no cost to have your property listed on our platform.

If you wish to remove your property, please contact the customer service team of the partner(s) where your property was originally listed. Alternatively, if you’d like your property removed solely from StayAndPlay, please send us a link to your property listing on our site at support@stayandplay.com.

We strive to display the most accurate pricing for each property, showing the lowest nightly rate we’ve found. For the most precise pricing, please enter your travel dates and search for the property. You will then be redirected to the partner’s or property owner’s website to confirm the exact pricing.
