Positive: The guys did a great job. The staff were outstanding, welcoming and handled a small problem in the first room very professional and upgraded me immediately to make it up. They were constantly in contact with me via WeChat to ask if everything is fine. If you arrive at the ancient city they will pick you up to carry the luggage. Breakfast is convenient and location fantastic. The bed linen is amazing. The pillows are so soft. They are really nice here. They help you with washing your clothes.

Positive: Convenient location as it is located within the ancient town of Lijiang. The accommodation also arrange for transporter to carry our luggage from the entrance of the ancient town to the accommodation. This is important as it is all cobblestone streets within the ancient town and not accessible by cars. The free coffee is good!
Negative: Only the bathroom and toilet which are together and water will splashed out to the toilet area while bathing making it wet and slippery.
Summary: Convenient and comfortable stay with Lijiang Ancient Town.

Positive: Very well kept inn, friendly staff and the rooms were beautiful and well kept. they have a cute malamute who was so friendly and sweet!
Negative: Honestly, nothing - the rooms, staff and environment were all 15/10
Summary: wish I could stay longer. The staff treated us like family.

Negative: Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of Ancient City which is a pedestrian-only area. From the taxi drop-off point is took me about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. However, the staff was really lovely, communicated with my taxi driver and helped me with my bag. Breakfast options were very limited.

Positive: We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to everything we needed. Our room was beautiful—spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could ask for, including a great soaking bathtub. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly warm welcome we received upon arrival from Mandy’s uncle, James, and her brother. They greeted us with big smiles and genuine kindness, which immediately made us feel at home. The breakfast was good with a great cappuccino to start the day off right. Mandy herself was absolutely fantastic—always available via WeChat to answer any questions and offer great suggestions. Her English is excellent, which made communication very easy and smooth. On our departure day, James kindly carried our luggage all the way to the taxi area at 6:45 in the morning—again, with that same warm smile and friendly attitude. We also really loved the dogs, which added a charming, homely touch to the place. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. It was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely come back!

Positive: What can I say, it feels like coming home. The place and the room are very clean. The location is in the ancient city, and it is convenient to go anywhere. If you want to eat local food outside the ancient city, it is also very close. The owner of the hotel is very polite, and can help solve any problems that come up. Positive: Exceptionally good. Located in the heart of lijiang ancient town, but at the same time in a very quiet area, as some parts of the town can get very loud and busy at night, So the location is perfect. All the staff are very attentive and helpful, and they went out of their way to provide halal items for our breakfast. The place is designed beautifully, the rooms and beds are comfy. We never asked for making up the rooms, but everyday the trash was taken out, provided with new clean towels, amenities and water, which was much appreciated.
Negative: Everything was great.
