Positive: It’s a self-service dormitory with clear and well-written instructions, so everything is easy to understand with no confusion. The location is excellent—just about 400 meters walking distance from Utsunomiya Station. The place is very clean, and the staff are kind, polite, and always ready to help. All of this comes at a very affordable price, making it a great value for your stay.

Positive: Communication with the onwer was great! She responded to my messages within minutes! Great location close to the train station, if you are visiting Utsunomiya without a car and are here for sightseeing, I strongly recommend stay near the train station. Side note, you can buy a one day discounted sightseeing pass at the tourist information counter in train station for ¥2,000, cash only. All the guests were respectful and quiet during my 2 night stay. Someone in the review had mentioned there is a love hotel nearby, I was a bit concerned, but lemme tell you I walked by there at night, if you didn’t know it was a love hotel you would have no way to tell. It’s very quiet and looks just like a normal hotel, I feel very safe here as a solo female traveler. 100% recommend.
Negative: Nothing really. They provide toothbrush & toothpaste, but no towels, bring your own or rent one.

Positive: There is no staff in the facility; however, there are instructions which explain very clear and specific. Very clean and very close to Utsunomina station (7 mins by walk). There are free coffee, teas, and face pack (you can use in the morning and evening!) If you would like to save more money, you can bring own towels and pajamas (can save 200 yen each night!) Also, you can leave your luggages even after you check-out. The storage was very helpful since I wanted to go shopping until my train departure time (the storage is outside of the facility. So don't use if you afraid of stealing. I used it and my bag was still there!)
Negative: Kind of dark outside after sun down (know Japan is very safe place but still...)

Positive: The property is clean and very quiet. The facilities are nice and they offer you a lot of amenities for free (see toothbrushes, earplugs,..).
Negative: At first it might seem spooky because it is near the station and there is nobody there for the check-in. I arrived and I was alone in the property, then eventually a lady that I assume was working there came by. Overall a really quiet and relaxing place.
Summary: I would stay again.

Positive: Everything self service, so you can come in late no worries. Lots of provided amenities and supplies as needed
Negative: The bed is a nook that is only the length and width of the bed. It's perfectly functional, but if you're in and out of your luggage, or need to repack, you don't have much space to do it. So keep it in mind
