Positive: The lady staff welcome us at the nearby convenience store and lead us to the parking slot. She also introduced the house very details. Thank you! The house is gorgeous, few steps to Dogo onsen and walking street but quiet.

They were so kind to receive our bags in the mail and store them the day before, and hold are bags for us after we checked out. We were personally greeted and given a tour, and given many delicious presents. I could not recommend this place more
