Positive: The hotel is accessible to all most specially to taipei main station. It’s only 6 mins walk. There are many convenient stores nearby which was really good and it made easy for me when I need something immediately because its just across the hotel. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and peaceful

Negative: What I dint like about the hotel is I can hear the noise from the other room which is annoying. I can also hear the sound of the toilet, the splashing of water from the toilet of the other room, thats all the rest was great

Positive: Clean, comfortable, well equipped, good location, great value for money midweek (rate varies a lot).

Negative: The remote check-in system does not work smoothly. You contact someone via a ‎WhatsApp QR code, who guides you through the online process to make the payment and get the codes. The person is responsive, but the process is a bit chaotic.

Summary: Great room and location. Staff interaction could be better. Good value midweek, but probably not worth it for the higher

Positive: The TV doesn’t work and got an upgraded room .

Negative: Difficult to check in . They required cash and no change since credit card didn’t work . TV didn’t work . Towels were old . No windows . Lost my glasses after check out . there but was told weren’t there .

Positive: Spacious room, comfort bed, entry with privacy, good location not far away from Taipei central station.

Negative: Communication with owners for self check in was a a bit of a struggle at the beggining. Also the fact that there's no surveillance givesnyou a slight sense of unsafety. However, there are cameras all around the entry.
