Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

Summary: We stayed here as a family of 6 (one baby) and we really loved it here. It’s convenient located to Donki, family mart and we were able to get to the train station easily. Lots of good food in the area and a cafe right across from us. Home was spacious considering it’s Japan. Although there is only 1 bathroom we were able to make it work. Place was nice and clean. Only thing is our place was on the third floor and there is no elevator so something to consider when you have to lug luggage and a stroller. But overall great experience and would stay here again!

Summary: Accommodated 5 adults without a problem. It had a good sized fridge and ample dishes for light snacks and coffee. Well located within the Shinjuku area. Close to restaurants and several train stations. Clean and quiet.

Summary: The apartment was a good size for two families (4 adults, 3 children). The location was central to Shinjuku - an area with vibrant nightlife - and within an easy walk of two subway stations. The host was a great communicator. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Summary: Perfect base for our stay in Shinjuku. Lots of room to spread out, and easy walk to multiple train stations. The godzilla head is only 850m walk away! There is a washer in the room and a place with a dryer 1 minute walk away. Loads of places to eat and numerous convenience stores within a stones throw. Alex was great to communicate with and when we had a minor issue with the shower had it attended to promptly. Would definitely stay again.
