Summary: The property was excellent in all respects and actually exceeded expectations. An easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to St. Armands Circle. The Property Manager was very personable and accommodating as well!

Summary: Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to St. Armand’s circle. We loved the little private backyard and all the kitchen & beach accessories you would need. Loved our stay here!

Summary: We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Loved the backyard! We had kids with us and it was perfect for them to play(glad there was no pool). The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. It was a lovely home- we’ll come back!

Summary: We loved staying at this Lido Key cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was very well stocked with just about anything you might need with the exception of a wagon for carting things to and from the beach. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom! The location was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

Summary: Fantastic location, well equipped for a relaxing day/dinner at home, trip to the beach (towels/chairs/umbrellas) and lots to do that is easily accessible. Sun room/back yard are fantastic features that we all enjoyed. Clean, quiet, as described. We loved this place and would definitely come back!

Summary: The house was great for us. Abundance of kitchen supplies, and utensils, Kleenex in nearly every room, more than enough toilet paper for the three of us, and beach chairs. The sun room was great for relaxing and spreading out. We wanted to return but sadly next year is already booked!
