Positive: Great location, in the middle of the village. Nice kitchenette and lounge area. Next to the Olde Bull pub, who manage the accommodation

Negative: It needs some maintenance. Broken velux window in the bedroom, no light on the stairs so tricky to navigate from building door to flat door. Bed was very soft, there was a shower over the bath. Good WiFi, but TV was internet only and needed frequent log ins. Staff were responsive and spent some time connecting the TV for us. Check in and check out information was lacking, we were unable to leave the key somewhere secure for an early departure as the pub was shut

Positive: Excellent location and the facilities in the apartment are very good if you are cooking there. Spacious and a very comfortable bed.

Negative: The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on! It looks good but is very impractical. A classic case of design over practicality! If you were staying there a few nights you would want somewhere comfortable to sit.

Positive: Caerleon is such a great place and perfect for the short trip to Celtic manor where we attended a convention for three days. Comfy bed and spacious living area.. Loads of cupboard space.

Negative: Guests need to be aware the property is next door to a very popular pub! So expect it to be noisy at night. We knew this would be the case, especially at the weekend so can’t complain!

Negative: Unable to use tv due to poor internet Had to use plug from bathroom for kitchen sink No tea towels Initially got put into unit with no cooking facilities but was then moved WiFi connection was weak and only worked near front door.

Summary: Disappointing particularly not having access to TV. Staff went out of their way to rectify.
