Full kitchen with brand new, full size, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 30 x 12 covered patio. Parking for two cars is available on the lot. This park model is located by the pool and near the bath house and laundry facilities. About 1/2 hour from Disney and other theme parks. About 1 hour from several different beaches

Summary: Was perfect for a couple. Laundry facilities are in a separate bldg. Heating system does not work, but some space heaters were provided.

Summary: Had a real nice stay, and will tell family and friends about this place. One bad thing, was not informed through Homeaway about the code to get into the house, had to contact owner. Trying to get ahold of Owner was really hard with Homeaway, didn't speak English very well. But our 4 day stay was good.

Summary: The property was really great and clean. I gave it a 4 star only because I had a hard time getting in twice until I spoke with a supervisor and I could not find the location of the rental and I called the owner three times with no response and text once luckily on the way out we spotted the location marker on the other side of the park. The location was farther from Disney than I thought but that was fine.

Summary: My husband stayed here and Adona was great to work with. She was very timely with communication and made everything go very smooth with the stay. The property is exactly as advertised in the pictures and is ideal for someone looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay in the area. The community itself is a little different so if you are looking for something long term, gauge it for yourself. Anything short term, you'll have no problem staying here. If you're trying to see Disney on a budget, its not a bad place to stay.
