It overlooks a Site of Special Scientific Interest in the Ribble floodplain, with a wealth of bird life and a bird hide on the Ribble Way. An ideal home for relaxing in and just enjoying your surroundings. The bustling market town of Settle is just 4 miles and offers a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is home to the famous Settle to Carlisle railway. Summary: Wonderful spacious cottage with all amenities you could wish for. Host are always available but not intrusive, just very nice. Plenty of places to visit or just stay home and admire the views.

Summary: This is an excellent little gem. I was tempted to say no to recommending it as we would like to keep it for ourselves, but that would be selfish. We enjoy ourselves so much we are reluctant to leave, but leave we must. This was our 3rd visit and we have already booked for next year and that was before this years holiday.
