The spacious 1Bedroom studio features open plan living, approx. 50m2, with a seperate bathroom and the main windows have outlook to the lush established Garden with a shaded patio area

The 1Bedroom- Studio7- and garden is facing to the front of the Block
Guests at Studio7 have access to the fully fenced
front area and garden
and the 2Bedroom studio is facing to the back of the Block
A beautiful nature bush trail leads from the studio
to the Back beach or walk down the road to the
Main beach and Park
The Offshore coffee shop/ bakery is just down the road from the studio and a
5min walk to the Lancelin town centre and shops
Pet's are most welcome at the studio
DEAR DOG OWNERS it is at your own discretion to determine if the garden and fencing provided at the studio is suitable for your dogs needs, PLEASE refer to the Photographs provided

The Garden is fully fenced
The Entrance gate and fence is 1.30m in hight
The Front and Side fence is a mix of 1.5m to 1.8m in hight
Adjacent to the front fence is a 30meter x 30meter grass area, front block
and then the road to the Main beach
There is no dog door
Main Entrance door is a glass sliding door
Please bring your pets bedding and everything else needed

Summary: Perfect little place! Has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, all the utensils, pots and pans.Airconditioning works a treat. Lovely little outdoor area to sit and have breakfast, or an evening drink.Close to the IGA, cafe, beach.Very quite location. Very clean and tidy.

Summary: Whilst the property was clean and tidy it was very out dated and expensive for what it was. The Sands Hotel was much cheaper and included breakfast and balcony queen room.
