Positive: The apartment was extremely clean Probably the best Had Over the last 33 years of marriage inside for one night
Negative: It was very difficult to get inside the building. Was also difficult to park number one because the elevator didn't work in the garage in the parking around the building was limited. However, there was parking available

Positive: The property was cool. The apartment was nice. Only gave us one face towel, it was only 2 elevators working out of 8. On day 2, while waiting on elevators we heard a woman screaming she was locked in an elevator. Nobody was at the service desk so I called 911 because this lady was stuck on the 12th floor. The building was clean and quiet.
Negative: Access to get in the building and non working elevators.

Positive: Beautiful location,convenient,beautiful apartment very very nice and clean. I felt safe.
Negative: I did not like that I asked the host 3 times if it was possible to check in early and all they said was they would let me know but they never did all they had to say was they looked and early check in wasn’t available.
Summary: I couldn’t have stayed in a better location! It was beautiful

Positive: What a lovely apartment, great views and comfortable lounge area. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and this was a great base for our overnight stay in Birmingham for a concert
