Negative: The valet parking was understaffed took 45 minutes to get my car just to go out to eat and at checkout took over a hour

Negative: No real Resturant. You would think that a large Sheraton like this would have more eating options like full Resturant, roof top bar, better bar cafe. Cafe had limited menu and what we had was not very good considering the price.
Summary: Stay and staff were great. Eating options were terrible.

Negative: We didn't have bathrobes in our room. We called down to get some,the attendant said they would bring them. They never showed up.
