Positive: The apt is in a fab location. Close to the beach and pool and supermarket. Easy to get to Nice and Antibes. The balcony was perfect with a great view. The apt is spacious, clean and comfortable Viktor the host was great. He gave us a little tour of the area and checked in on us. Highly recommend.

Positive: Location was amazing, apartment is literally 2 minutes away from beach.
Negative: Manager showed up very late(like two hours late) and by the end he said that apartment should be cleaned up, dirty sheets put into bathroom, the dishes should be cleaned up and trash thrown out and not doing so would result in extra 50€ up charge, wich is ridicules this is first time I see something like this. Wasting time on waiting for manager and then wasting even more time on cleaning is straight up idiotic.
Summary: Overall only upside was the location.

Positive: Great views from the balcony, peaceful, close to the beach, parking was a bonus. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and had mostly everything you need. Supermarket, local Bar, McDonald’s and a few other shops all close by. Very convenient location to be based to get out and explore the beautiful Cote D’Azur.
Negative: My only gripe is that they didn’t have any sun loungers for round the pool, there was the bamboo beach mats but they were quite old and well used, falling apart, we had to lie on the concrete which was so uncomfortable so we gave up after an hour. Some people had brought their own fold up loungers and chairs, it would have been ideal if the apartment had some for us to use.
Summary: All in all it was a lovely 3 days stay and Viktor the host was great with everything, always contactable if needed.

Positive: Close to the beach and restaurants. Nice staff and quick response to our needs. Services inside the Appartment are good (pool, restaurant and supermarket)
Negative: Appartment is small if you are planning vacations with big family. Sofa is not quite comfortable most if you’re staying more than 1 day.
