Positive: Perfect for one or two people. The landlady is lovely and very helpful. When I told her I was coming in a taxi from another accommodation nearby, she offered to fetch me so I didn’t have to pay the taxi fare. She also allowed me to stay late after checkout to do an important business call even with new guests coming in later the same day. The apartment is very modern and good quality. Fast internet, tea and coffee, washing machine soap and dishwasher soap supplied, and some other basics like salt and pepper sugar etc. Short walk to the old town.

Positive: Very good location. Very close to Antibes station. Very spacious room and a terrace. Highly recommended.
Negative: I missed several time last train from Cannes. I took a taxi and paid 45-50 Euro.
Summary: You can stay there with relaxed feeling and your neighbourhood is very calm and very safe.

Positive: Ana is an outstanding host. She is one of the kindest people I’ve met. There isn’t anything that she hadn’t thought of to make the stay comfortable. It is a short walk from the train station and old Antibes.Every bit of kitchen equipment you need to cook if you wanted. The apartment is modern and clean. It is quiet at night and I felt safe walking around. I somehow decoded her French washing machine😂 and she did my laundry at her home. She took me to Decathlon to get more winter clothes, as it was quite cold. I would highly recommended this property.

Positive: Unit itself was comfortable with air conditioning, washing machine and modern appliances. Host was friendly and responsive
Negative: The additional €60 cleaning fee that was not specified during the booking process only after the non-refundable booking had been made. The parking space (€12 per day) was also very small so don't attempt with anything other than a small car. Only got 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay and no dishwashing tablets (although the host did provide some on request). Fold out bed was very soft and squeaky, and the location is a bit out of town.
