The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property located within the 5-star Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. Adjacent to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort, the Terrace is a short stroll to the private Beach Club with some of the best snorkeling on the Island. Mauna Lani’s two Championship 18 Hole Golf Courses have received Golf Magazine's Gold Medal Award every year since 1988.
Sprawling over more than 13 ocean front acres, the Mauna Lani Terrace provides exceptional luxury and privacy to both residents and guests and overlooks the ancient Makaiwa Fishponds. There is nowhere else on the Big Island where you will find the Spirit of Place more evident than along the banks of these royal fishponds. In fact, the Historic Hawaii Foundation honored the Mauna Lani Resort with the prestigious “Historic Preservation Award” for their maintenance and preservation of these exceptional areas. With the Mauna Lani Terrace nestled peacefully among them, you will find exceptional serenity and beauty here.
E102 is on the first floor and has ocean and lagoon views. This beautiful 1-bedroom, 2 bath unit with a well-equipped kitchen along with in-unit washer and dryer, is 1,058 sq ft with an additional 314 sq ft lanai that opens to the living and dining rooms. The master bedroom has a private lanai.
The Terrace offers quality, privacy, luxury, and a real sense of getting away from it all. The Terrace condominiums have gated access and are located in the midst of a tropical setting of ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Just steps away, scenic foot trails weave throughout the preserve and along the beach. The Terrace is within walking distance to the private Beach Club, the Mauna Lani Auberge Resort and the Mauna Lani Tennis facility.
Guests have use of key card access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club where one can enjoy a magnificent beach and snorkeling with lifeguards, private parking, use of lounge chairs and rest room/shower facilities along with access to an excellent seaside restaurant. Ocean sports equipment is available to rent at the beach.
The on-site recreation facilities at the Terrace condominiums include recently renovated 22' x 60' swimming pool, spa, gas barbecues and picnic areas. Privacy is protected by the quality construction with eight inch thick concrete walls. Covered parking, just steps away from the condo, is available at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy. If a guest cancels a reservation outside 60 days, an immediate refund will be provided. For cancellations within 60 days we will refund the nightly rental, taxes and cleaning fee for all nights we rebook. We are unable to refund Vrbo traveler fees or insurance fees.

Summary: This is a beautifully appointed condo complete with lots of extras that made our stay peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio that overlooks the lagoon. The birds chirping and palm trees gently swaying set the mood for our day!Serene, idyllic, and a beautiful paradise retreat pretty much sums it up!

Summary: Great location, lovely views, peaceful, relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, generously provisioned plus has lovely outdoor seating areas. The area has lovely parks, fish ponds and beaches. The condo is close to numerous restaurants and an excellent grocery store. Dave & Sue were a pleasure to deal with and provided extraordinary guidance and information on the area / restaurants / things to do. Highly recommend for a great stay on the Big Island.

Summary: We spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. It is 1/3 mile from the Aubrege Resort, which we frequent for their drinks, eat at the bar and listen to live Hawaiian music. Good trails from the Condo for whale watching. We will be back.

Summary: The property is gorgeous! The home is nestled in luscious vegetation, surrounded by a beautiful fish pond. The inside is gorgeous and superbly comfortable, stocked with everything you’d need and leaves one wanting for nothing. Dave and Sue made everything from reservations to check out a breeze and made us feel perfectly at home! We will definitely return!

Summary: Great location in an unusually lush spot on the Kohala Coast. The Mauna Lani development offers many trails, golf, and restaurants to make it a wonderful Big Island destination stay. The condo was beautifully appointed with even more amenities and conveniences than listed. It was more like staying in the post guest house of a friend than a rental property. The snorkeling around the point at the beach club was unexpectedly fantastic -- some of the best on the Big Island.
