Summary: This is a great location and clean flat! The only problem we had was not having enough hot water for showers. My daughter took a shower and about 2 hours later I went to take one and had about 4 minutes of hot water and then it went cold. That is my only complaint! It was lovely!

Summary: It’s a nice small condo with a great view. There isn't a lot of “extras”. No dish washer and the washer is so small that it would only hold a couple items. We knew it was a small washer ahead of time, but didn’t expect it to be that small. Overall it was a good experience. We like staying in Branson West and have stayed at several different places at Notch Estates. It was nice to not have to go up and down stairs, you park right in front of your door.

Summary: We booked this condo for a quick anniversary trip to Branson. The location was a very short drive to enjoy all the activities, but a very quiet location to lay your head down at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to come back again.
