Summary: The apartment is in a great location! Walking distance to downtown Lawrence…clean, well-appointed rental. Major downside is it is located in a building with very loud residents. Loud music at late hours and very loud talking/yelling well into the night/morning. Not a fault of the host at all-but if you’re looking for a restful nights sleep this is not the place for you.

Summary: What a perfect place to stay for the weekend, location was great. Just one comment, you may want to take a look at the kitchen table it was very wobbly (we tried to tighten the legs, but it appeared the screws were stripped). Just need probably 2 new screws. We would totally stay here again - location and size of the home for my group was perfect.

Summary: Nice, clean, cozy spot on the tailend of the student ghetto. Just a short walk from Mass St. Might be a bit rowdy if class is in session, but was nice and quiet over winter break. Host very friendly and responsive. Check in/check out was a breeze. Nice little mock fireplace provided cozy vibes with the snow outside.
