Large Living Room, Dining Area, Full Kitchen, 1.5 baths (Bathrooms were recently remodeled), 4 bedrooms and nice outside deck with Weber natural gas grill (you never run out of gas or need to change tanks), Central Air, Outside Shower with dressing area, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Flat Screen, Wireless Internet. House includes all the amenities of home plus beach badges.
Weekly Rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer ($3,400/week in July and August) and Weekly or Weekend Rentals off season are offered at a discounted rate. Please email for actual weekend rates as the VRBO calculator is only an estimate and maybe incorrect.

Summary: WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS VACATION HOME. THIS IS A WELL STOCKED HOME, CONVENIENT TO THE BEACH. THIS PART OF THE ISLAND IS SLOWER AND QUIETER THAN B.H. AND OTHER TOWNS NORTH OF IT. GOOD FISHING AND NATURE AREAS. OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS FOR ANY ASSISTANCE NEEDED.

Summary: I will admit, from other buildings in the nearby area which are larger and newer looking, I was a little skeptical. But that all changed when we arrived and walked in. Although slightly dated, everything inside is roomy, clean and comfortable. Newer and comfortable carpeting, and all appliances work well. Mark was easy to work with and responsive. Would recommend this rental to others as the location is perfect. You have two beach accesses almost straight out from the front of the house, Plus can access the Holgate area within easy walking distance. Can see it from the front deck. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This house just fit us perfectly. It is just a very short walk to the beach. It was clean and modern. Having decks on each side of the house provided us with views of the sunset and the sunrise. In the heat of the day my granddaughter who is 20 months could play on the back deck (sunset facing) since she did not last as long at the beach. We will be back!

Summary: We had such a lovely week at this house last summer. It was our first visit to LBI and the location couldn't have been better--right across from the beach (no need for shoes!) and we could walk back to the house from the beach to use the bathroom. We had more than enough space for the four of us (including our two boys, 2 and 5). The house was clean and well-cared for, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We have already booked for next summer!

Summary: We rented this house for two weeks this summer. It's directly across the street from the beach, which was amazing when you wanted to run home for lunch. I loved both the front and back decks, we spent a lot of time out on the front deck. Additionally, another perk was having the space under the house to go hang out, it was perfect for the rainy evening we had, and the kids played under there a lot. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the gas grill on the deck was great. The property owner responded very quickly to our questions and was very easy to work with. We have rented several properties in Holgate and the location of this property is what makes it one of the best, you can't beat the proximity to the beach for the price. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Summary: We loved this house! It was spacious, well supplied with all the kitchen items we needed, and was really clean. We were right across from the beach, passes included by the way, which was so convenient. It was only a short drive to the restaurants and activities on the island. The rear deck was delightfully cool in the morning and the front porch with the grill was perfect for dinners and playing games. We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay for our vacation!!
