Summary: First floor, 2 bedroom, 1 Bath, and one house from the beach. Under 2 miles to Bay Village. Very clean, updated Unit with 2 off-street spaces. LVT plank flooring, newer kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, updated bathroom. One of the best rental values on the Island IMHO.

Summary: My husband and I were very happy with the location, access to the beach, cleanliness, organization and decor of this homey beach house. It was the perfect, quiet escape for us, within walking distance to a nice range of restaurants and stores, yet far away from the crowds. We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, and we consider this one of the nicest in this price range. It is pretty much a turn-key (make sure you bring linens and towels since they aren't included). The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the kitchen was well-equipped. We are already making plans to revisit in the fall.
