Positive: Lovely two double rooms, great facilities and very good condition . off road parking and table/chairs outside too. Spacious living/kitchen
Negative: If I opened the back bedroom window during the night, you would hear the dogs from the farm next door barking( not all night), but completely quiet if the window is closed
Summary: Really enjoyed staying at hull house cottage for my friend and I mid week stay in the Yorkshire Dales

Negative: Unfortunately we were next to a barn where sheepdogs were kept We love dogs but when in holiday we didn’t think we would be woken up at 5am by the sheepdogs barking That is the only downside

Positive: Wow Julia!! What an impressive property you have here. The cottage is exceptional. It’s huge, we had so much space here, the layout was perfect for our family and our little Bailey 🐶 The bedrooms were to die for. Both had en-suites with super powerful showers and one with a bath. Which we all used every night 🫧 🫧 All appliances were spotless and were really easy to use. You have thought of absolutely everything, we didn’t want for nothing. The location was perfect, we wanted somewhere we could relax, put our feet up and enjoy the beautiful views. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay xx
Negative: There’s only one thing. The dogs barking in the morning. I understand the cottage is situated on a working farm but right outside of the cottage there’s a huge out building where the dogs stay and it sounds like a lot of dogs are in there and they had us up every morning at 6am. When am holiday I want a nice lie in every morning.
