Summary: House was nice and roomy, kitchen and dining room area provided comfort and good gathering space for our group. The garage fit 2 cars, no problem. There was enough beds and 4 bathrooms were in good working condition. It is conveniently located, close to Lake Tahoe, city center, beach and only few miles to Palisade at Tahoes ski resort. One of the bedrooms is a through room, so you can't just close the door and have privacy. The game bedroom was hard to heat up as there are no floor registers and it is located above the garage.

Summary: We floated the Truckee river one day and did the beach in town another day and guess what....you can walk there! So convenient! We came for a 40th birthday weekend with a few friends and their kids. The house was perfect for a gathering, kitchen had everything we needed, backyard was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and hanging out in the afternoon. It was a hot weekend and warm in the house, but they've provided plenty of fans to help. Communication with the house host was also quick and really helpful!I would 100% stay at this house again!

Summary: This was the perfect house for our family. We rent every year in Tahoe and I am hoping we can come back next year to this house. Wonderful I would say the one thing missing was air conditioning, but got along just fine without it. We never had to call the property manager because we had no problems.

Summary: The pictures were very accurate, showing how big the place is. There were plenty of kitchen supplies like pots, pans, forks, knives, etc. Lots of towels and sheets and everything you need. It’s a great location with amazing mountain, biking and hiking as well as proximity to downtown Tahoe city. I would highly recommend this location, especially in the summertime for lake access. I especially appreciated that it was a little bit bigger than some other places available and the garage came in handy because we have bikes and cars that are better left inside. There was a Tesla charger in the garage to for those that have Teslas. The dishwasher and clothes washer worked great. The TV in the Family Room was huge. The sauna worked very well in the master bedroom. Our kids loved the bigger kids room with a TV, full-size Pac-Man video game, pool table/ping-pong table and air hockey table. All of the bathrooms were updated and very clean. The only criticism that I would have is that the backyard doesn’t have a table. That would be a nice addition because there is a ton of space.
