Summary: Everything was great,the sunken living room was little concerning for us.pool was very clean but too cold to get in.

Summary: You have to read the instruction manual to make sure the doors are locked correctly. There was a destructive party there before us (other renters), so some damage. The owners were aware and tried to fix ad quick as possible before we arrived. Beds were clean, not the most comfortable but good enough. Loved the spa tub. Everything was clean. The pool was somewhat cold, solar heated and the weather was cooler while we were there so we figured we may not be able to use it anyways. When we did swim it was nice and clean, there was even floaties for us to use. They dont list it but theres a grill to use too, we didnt end using it but its there. Everything you need is in the kitchen. My only complaint would be we didn't see the wild turtle that lives on or near the property!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill home. Home was very clean and spacious. It was too cold to swim but it looked very clean and inviting. This was our 3rd stay in the home for our January vacations and will come back.

Summary: We needed a place to stay at while visiting family in Springhill for Christmas. The owners were more than accomidating. The even sent a message before check-in to tell us we could check-in as early as we wanted to, the day of. Which was much appreciated! The neighborhood was nice and had plenty of shopping options within driving distance. We even saw the turtle! stursawturtle!

Summary: It was an easy process to come in and stay. All information was provided ahead of time, quiet neighborhood near golf course. We just wanted a home to stay in while visiting family and still enjoy a pool and day to day living. It was clean and bigger than I thought.

Summary: We have been coming to Florida to visit family for several years now and I have to say this home has been the BEST home we have stayed in so far!!!! It far exceeded our expectations and it is an absolutely beautiful, well kept up home!!! Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and all sorts of cooking appliances for you to use. You really won't need anything but your food and drinks. We spent most our time sitting and lounging on back screened in patio. The pool is an added bonus to this wonderful rental!! We had the best vacation!!!!
