A storybook cabin in the woods. Nestled in green acreage, this 2 bed, 2 full bath cabin in Cherry Log Mountain is a perfect retreat to unplug, unwind, and soak up nature.
All one level living. Enter the front door to an open and spacious kitchen and living room with fireplace. Relax on the elevated porch, eat dinner outside, or enjoy a fire in the cozy living room. Central heat and air conditioning throughout the cabin, along with a ceiling fan in each room make it comfortable year round.
This cabin is perfect for singles, couples, or families to enjoy. Sorry, NO PETS/ANIMALS. (I have allergies and use the cabin often)
There is an exterior security camera facing the driveway.
LOCATION
Just a short 15 minute drive into downtown Blue Ridge, or Ellijay. The Benton MacKaye trail runs thru the community for hiking. Lots of festivals and year round outdoor activities within a short drive. Toccoa River and Lake Blue Ridge (great for fishing) both within a 15 minute drive.
SLEEPING
This cabin SLEEPS UP TO 4: 1 KING bedroom (with closet, ceiling fan, reading lamps, and windows). 1 QUEEN bedroom (with closet, ceiling fan, reading lamps, and windows). All bedding is provided, including extra blankets, pillows, and sheets if needed.
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms. Both have a bathtub and shower.
INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
-3 televisions: 1 in living room with basic cable, Netflix and Hulu; 1 in King bedroom with basic cable, and one in Queen bedroom with basic cable
-Family friendly games, puzzles, and cards on site
-Small selection of DVD’s
-Free book library
-Wi-fi is provided at no additional charge
-Firewood and kindling is provided at no additional charge during the winter months (no fires allowed May, June, July or August)
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 4 guests with room for additional seating.

-Fridge with ice-maker and freezer
-Keurig coffee maker
-Filter coffee pot (filters included)
-Teapot
-Toaster oven
-Dishes and silverware for 6 people

Gas grill located outside at no additional charge. Grilling tools are in the kitchen. Propane tank is provided.

Private washer and dryer on site at no additional charge (detergent not provided)
RATES
Rates vary by season, but are always reasonable.
$100 covers your exit cleaning and trash removal.
$300 HOLD for damage deposit. You will not be charged unless damage occurs.

Summary: It is an adventure getting to the property but once there the house is perfect and cozy!!! The back deck over looks such a sweet view!!! We saw deer each day we were there.

Summary: I’ve been coming to the North Georgia mountains for over 20 years and this might just be the best cabin I’ve ever rented! This place is not just clean, it’s Monica Geller clean! Everything is well laid out and you have everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable. We loved the fireplace! It’s a great location, tucked back in a development or neighborhood or whatever you call it. There are other cabins, but it feels like you are by yourself in the woods. It’s very close to everything as well! We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Summary: This lovely, quiet location in the woods had everything we needed and then some to enjoy a relaxing few days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the supplies and amenities as stated in the listing. We would visit it again.

Summary: We enjoyed and it was well stocked. Road to house is very rough. Host communication is very good and response is quick. I give a 4 star as door lock is a little tricky, mattress in bedroom to right is a little used and using TV was difficult to figure out and there is a note about water going out for 3 hours if other homes are being cleaned. This luckily did not happen to us.
