At this property, you get the convenience of being 15 minutes drive to the very popular Kaiteriteri beach and 20 minutes drive to the Abel Tasman National Park. The property is situated in a very quiet Cul de sac and is just a short walk into Motueka township and all the shops, restaurants cafes, etc.
3 bedroom 1960s era house with refurbished kitchen and sunken lounge with a pleasant outdoor entertainment area.
Special conditions:
Smoking outside only, please.
Do not strip the linen, dishes placed in the dishwasher and turned on, floors vacuumed and general tidy please before departure. We'll remake beds and put dishes away, so you can move on to your next adventure :)

Summary: Great stay. While not a new property, was VERY clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped and property very close to Motueka township, great for a walk to get an early coffee. Very convenient to all activities whether Nelson or beaches

Summary: We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this lovely home. We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather and being so close to Kaiteriteri we could travel there in about 10 minutes. We had everything we needed. Shops, cafes and restaurants fairly close. Overall perfect and comfortable.

Summary: The house is comfortable, with a mix of “new” and old. Nice big kitchen with ice-making fridge / freezer. Big TV in lounge with Netflix etc to keep us entertained in the evenings. BBQ on deck for alfresco dining. Adrian, our host was very fast with his responses. Only comments are: - the clips for the clothesline should be moved inside perhaps to avoid all the cobwebs in it - the water pressure is not that great in the shower and the water stops for a second or two after a few minutes. No big problem but just a comment - we couldn’t find any blankets in the house as there were only sheets and a bedspread on all the beds and it got a bit chilly in the middle of the night - house caters for up to 6 people (3 rooms with King beds) but only 4 dining chairs for the dining table. Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay.
