Just a stone’s throw to the centre of town yet tucked away in a quiet peaceful back section. A great spot to base yourselves with the Abel Tasman, Kaiteriteri and Mapua adventures all within a quick drive or scenic bike ride away.
This sunny, neat and tidy 2-bedroom home, plus sleepout has 2 double beds, 1 single bed (as well as a fold-out single stretcher bed if requested)
Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and separate laundry. Outdoor deck for great evening BBQ`s, backyard is fully fenced suitable for children and a pet is negotiable.
Our neighbours are Parklands School so if you have children, they will have plenty of space to run and play, use the playground & basketball court.
Countdown supermarket is literally 2 minutes’ walk, so you can sit back and enjoy a fabulous Tasman experience!
Note: there is a single step down to the bathroom & toilet.

Summary: This home is lovely and we enjoyed our stay greatly. Clean, spacious, quiet, and only a 5-minute walk into town. Great backyard too. It is someones actual home and not just a rental property, but if you're fine with family photos and some personal belongings, it's a great place to stay in Motueka.

Summary: Great spot to relax after each day of golf. Living area great. Close to shops. Quiet area-enjoyed the school bells too! 4 ladies so wanted 4 separate beds. Altho 2 were in the sleepout this was fine. Nice sunny outdoor area too.

Summary: This property far exceeded our expectations for our week-long stay. It is perfectly situated and extremely quiet. The gentle airflow through the property is fantastic and kept the place the perfect temperature for our stay. The kitchen is very well appointed and nicely laid out for cooking. The lounge furniture is very comfortable - it felt just like home. The outdoor space is fantastic with a nicely fenced yard, picnic table, shade umbrella, BBQ, and clothesline surrounded by fruit trees. It was a favorite spot in the morning sun. Adele was a pleasure to work with and was very kind and responsive. The best compliment a guest can give a vacation property is to say we weren't ready to leave and that was definitely the case with Adele's place in Motueka. Highly recommend.

Summary: Great location within east walk to the Main Street of Motueka. Short drive to great beaches in Abel Tasman Park (Mārahau and Kaiteriteri). Lots to do in local area with wine tasting, berry picking and great cafes. Home had all we needed. The sleepout was great as allowed teenagers to have their own space. Highly recommend.
