We would give this unit our highest rating by far. It's a beautiful property looking out on a beautiful view. Everything was clean and there were no maintenance issues. Our only concern was the confusing information regarding the checkout time. Our initial contract indicated an 11am checkout, around which we planned our final day. That time was confirmed in writing when we made our final payment. But apparently the fine print of the contract had changed to a 10am checkout without that change being highlighted. The day before we left we were informed that we needed to leave the unit an hour earlier than planned. Our request for an 11am checkout was rejected and this left us with a bad feeling at the end of a perfect stay.
