Positive: Nice property with 4 bedrooms and nice hall kitchen aesthetically furnished. Had a nice feeling staying there with kids. Ideal for two families Location a lil bit far however if u have a car easily reachable. Overall we had a nice time there. Highly recommended
Negative: The operation of the floor heating system was a bit confusing. We feel it was not ON after trying to change something on the system also However it was ok for us as the climate was not so cold

Positive: Great spacious house with a lot of green around the house, enough parking space. Kitchen had all the necessary plates, glasses, cups, pots & pans, a microwave, coffee machine (with beans loaded already). This property sorts the trash which we really appreciated & happily sorted ours as well. There are also some minimal spices like salt, pepper, paprika. Take your own cooking oil. Bedrooms are far away from each other & there is a separate bathroom for each bedroom which was very convenient. There is also a cabinet sort of room with another sofa but we didn't need to try to convert it into a bed so we can't say anything about it. The house also had spare pillows, blankets, etc which was very convenient. The house is kind of the last one in the village, so I recommend that you read the host's instructions carefully because the street markings & Google maps did not quite know where to lead us. Because of its location the house & the area around are very quiet, serene and perfect for a quiet escape & long walks in the fields & hills. Please do not do parties there, it is a quiet getaway & please keep it that way. The house also has bbq that you can use, be sure to buy some coal & smth for fire starting like matches, a lighter or similar because the ones in the house are old & don't work. The house has a lot of things that made us feel like we were visiting a relatives' house, not a soulless hotel: decor, live plants, little things like throws on the couch, spare blankets, coffee loaded in the coffee machine, etc. There was a dog bowl for water/food which was nice.
Negative: Some minor aspects more like advice for the host but not a deal breaker: - the kitchen faucet really needs fixing because it doesn't mix the water properly: it goes dangerously hot & then completely cold & then hot again. When you turn it off, it leaks for a bit still & doesn't stop right away. - the kitchen had only 1 detergent for the washing machine which for 4 guests and 4 nights wasn't enough. Our advice is to add more, which is a low price to pay but it would increase the guests' comfort a lot. - internet was reliable only in the office room & in the living room arm chair in front of the TV, i.e you can't enjoy internet connection lying in bed in your bedroom. Some quick work on the wifi extender would fix it nicely. - instructions to collect the key were on the 3rd page of the second attachment sent by a host, not easily accessible & visible & we missed them. To add to that messages via booking were delayed. The host did send us the check in instructions via booking as well but they only came to my booking inbox the next day. It all caused a lot of inconvenience upon arrival & we had to call the host to ask for instructions. He explained that he had sent the info but even via the phone he wouldn't share the instructions nor would he come in person to help us. We had to check all the booking messages & emails again & finally found the instructions buried in one of the email attachments. Advice is to make the check-in instructions better visible, maybe even include them in the email proper. This is the most important thing & it shouldn't be buried that far away. All in all, it was still a very pleasant experience & we hope that with this feedback the host will be able to make this house even more comforting for the guests.
