Negative: Uncomfortably hot on many nights Nesriduring our stay. Cooling inadequate. Mattress in back bedroom is too hard. Hanging and storage space for clothing inadequate.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location, very well equipped, spacious. The owner of the apartment, Nesrin, was fantastic and took great care to make our stay wonderful. Always ready to provide support and information. We felt very pampered. There is a good restaurant downstairs - always delicious food, wide selection, clean rooms, wonderful owner and nice staff. Nice to have a meal and just sit down after a busy day in Istanbul.

Positive: Really great location to see and feel Istanbul. Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Very friendly area. Good restaurant below with very helpful and attentive owner who helped us on numerous occasions with everything. However, our apartment host Nesrin could not have done any more and has to be the best host in the entire world - seriously! She should be in charge of the world’s top Hotel and could rewrite Conrad Hilton’s book ‘Be our Guest’ !

Positive: 1. Very good location for people who enjoy exploring the old town Istanbul. Quiet and safe apartment in the centre of buzzling city. 2. Very Clean. The facility is well-equiped. There is various kinds of supplies, including laundry detergent. 3. The landlord Nesrin and the downstairs neighbor (the owner of the ozi pizza and pasta restaurant) are very friendly, polite and helpful. They were the first people I started chatting with in Türkiye and they left a very good impression on me. We feel very comfortable and safe living here.

Positive: This is a wonderful apartment, an ideal place to stay if you're in this part of Istanbul. It's on the doorstep of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and many other marvelous landmarks around Sultanahmet Square. The apartment is a lovely sanctuary of rest and restoration when you want to withdraw from the rumble of the streets and from the crowded squares. Its cozy clean and comfortable; a place of light. Nesrin Alemdar, the owner, is a most generous host. She takes personal interest in the welfare of her guests, like sunlight on the Bosphorus She lit up our stay here in Istanbul with her lovely laugh and her generosity of spirit. Being in a strange city, encountering the unknown can be an ordeal but Nesrin's good advice takes you across that gulf of uncertainty like one of Istanbul's lovely bridges. For us, it was a stroke of luck to find this apartment and now, after three pleasant days, we are sad to leave the place. Thank you so much Nesrin. Bachir and Cathal. As I told you, Nesrin, I admire the innovative poetry of Orhan Veli. There is a poem I wrote today. A homage to him and dedicated to you. Positive: My stay here was wonderful. Nesrin, the host, went out of her way to be helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially when I had problems with my original flight being cancelled. The location could not have been better, just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque but on a street that was nice and quiet. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, with good facilities and everything you could want for a short stay in Istanbul. Would highly recommend.
Negative: Everything was great- would not improve on anything!

Positive: Unbeatable location, wonderful host (cordial, attentive, helpful), plenty of kitchen supplies, water, and other necessities, firm beds, cleanliness, surroundings, safety, proximity to public transport, and all tourist attractions yet quiet enough for such a bustling metropolis, roof terrace, only a few steps to myriads of great places to eat and shop.
