Summary: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful with everything. The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was incredible.

Summary: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay enjoyable. There were only a couple of small issues. The toilet paper was very poor quality, and the TV did not work. I informed the receptionist, who kindly tried restarting it, but unfortunately it still didn’t work. The hotel’s location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. However, I recommend being very careful when shopping in the area. At one shop, a Kurdish man charged me 1,800 TL for two lemons and a small bag of ice. When I spoke to him in Turkish, he immediately reduced the price to 800 TL, which made me feel that tourists were being overcharged. At another nearby shop, I was quoted 600 TL for about half a kilogram of cherries, while I later bought one kilogram elsewhere for only 80 TL. Overall, I would happily stay at this hotel again because the staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. My only advice to future guests is to avoid buying groceries from the shops immediately around the hotel and compare prices elsewhere.

Summary: Staff were very helpful at the time of check-in and assisted me with all my enquiries. Special thanks to Mr Ismail, for all his assistance, kindness and professionalism. The hotel is a hidden germ because it is located on a culde-sac, so there is almost no traffic or way less passing by and fairly more quite and tranquil when you need to rest especially in Istanbul and yet in close proximity to all tourists attractions. It also serves a large variety of Turkish delicacies for breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay there and am planning to stay again prior to my departure from Istanbul. I am grateful for the experience and service.
