Updated 7-20-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot.
• Beach access from the north access road.
This is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

Summary: I am all about the view and this view was AMAZING to say the least. You can watch the sun set over the bay and rise over the ocean. Laying in bed watching the sun rise was the best part of my day. Balcony was very nice to sit and relax watching the ocean below. Would stay here again!

Summary: I’ll start with the good…the room is fantastic, just as described in the listing. The view from the 10th floor of the ocean are outstanding, with plenty of windows providing you a great view from inside. The balcony is massive, and the chairs provided outside were very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice, as was the small kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The check in process was a breeze. The property host was a also great, and was quick to respond to my communications, even on a holiday. This room is fantastic, and I’d book again in a heartbeat. However, the building the room is in leaves a lot to be desired. I still gave the room a 5* rating, as this is not the fault of the hosts. The building almost seems abandoned. It’s very quiet, in an eerie way not a relaxing one. The restaurant and workout facility in the building were closed. Two of the four elevators didn’t work. The indoor pool was closed. The outdoor pool/bar area was also closed. Not only was it closed, but still in disrepair from recent hurricanes. All other hotels/condo buildings either had completed repairs, or visually had begun cleanup and repairs, not this building. The building just threw some caution tape up, and called it a day. From the beach, the place looks like a dump. This building has such potential, and you can tell it was once very nice, but it’s beachside outdoor areas are in ruins, and the place just gives abandoned vibes on the inside. Again, not the fault of the host, the room is GREAT

Summary: This property was perfect for our quick visit for Thanksgiving. Room was excellent, just wish they would maintain the building a little better. Understand the damage from Hurricane but seems like they are just letting the building go.

Summary: It was really nice. Wasn’t expecting the whole place to look run down. But the condo itself was very clean. There was a grocery store right across the street so that was a plus and we also could walk to certain places to eat.

Summary: Spent a weekend on the beach in Daytona Beach in this studio unit. The unit has spectacular ocean views and is located directly on the beach. The furniture is a bit dated and worn, but it was clean and in good operating conditions. What’s odd is the building feels post apocalyptic with the pool and all internal facilities closed and locked off. You have to walk through the lobby and conference center that is dingy and dark - and you keep expecting a zombie to jump out. The parking lot next door is large, but dark at night.

Summary: We had a lovely 2 night stay. The view and sound of crashing waves can’t be beat! The suite was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfy. We are beach lovers and do not use pools, hot tubs, etc. so the lack of these amenities due to hurricane damage was not an issue. The unit was quiet and no construction was taking place. We are so happy we decided to stay at this rental on our travels back north. It was a nice way to end our trip.

Summary: The location and view were wonderful! The unit is exactly as pictured. It was a little dark in the area of the couch and dining table on a cloudy day and at night. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The parking at this time due to storm damage is in the lot next door and it is very dark. It is a long walk to the elevators from the parking lot. We did have a very enjoyable stay and I imagine it will be great once everything is repaired and up and running again. We will consider returning for another stay in the future.
