Positive: A Wonderful place in Quincy Voisins! Excellent communication beforehand. Very good preparation upon arrival. The vacation home seemed to be waiting for us. Warm welcome. Very good explanation of the house and everything around. Tom is always open for question, but also many files are prepared in different languages to make the stay very easy and also the daily things very efficient. This way utilizing the time as much as possible is guaranteed. The vacation home is equipped with everything we needed, actually there's not a thing we’ve missed. During the whole week, no noise, no disturbance, no nothing. Fresh linen and towels are in the house. But also towels will be changed every 2 days. Total cleaniness was excellent. The mobile service in the area seems to be poor (at least mine was) but the WIFI was 100%. No issues with WiFi calling, streaming, surfing... Satellite TV in French and English is available + Apple TV with apps. Secure parking on the property behind locked gate. The fridge was filed with several drinks and also fruit, toast as well as Croissants were in the kitchen. All these complementary items were accompanied by several other items which were open for purchase (wine, cola, Juice, …) The way to Disney is 18 min by car (parking there is 30€) or 30 min by bus. Maybe there is a faster tour but this is the one we took. Paris City (sights) was between 1:30 h and 1:40 h by public transport, depending on where we were going (door to door), but easy to do. All in all we can only conclude we’ve been picking the exact right spot for our vacation. The crowded City and Disney (which were FANTASTIC by the way, first and foremost Disney is an absolute MUST) were exciting but require a place to relax and refill the batteries over night. This contrast was offered by the house in Quincy Voisins and we (2 parents and 2 kids in the age of 11 and 6 Years) did enjoy the silence in between the daily journeys and the rest soooo much.

Positive: Overall, this is the perfect sanctuary after a day out at Disneyland with the family. The property is very well appointed with everything you could need… the couches and bed were extremely comfy to unwind on! Really appreciated the kitchen staples provided and small touches like complimentary breakfast on Day 1.
Negative: We liked everything, so nothing negative to share here. One small watch out for those with young kids, the stairs to the loft bedroom are quite steep.
