Summary: Over all very satisfied. Had to clean grill, and take master bath sink drain apart to clean out hair left previously. House well appointed, everything else as represented. Could use a better cleaning, spiders and kice

Summary: We booked a last-minute stay for our family to explore Cape Cod before our kids went back to school. This cute, clean 4 bedroom home gave us all our own rooms, had a large dining table to fit us all and a cozy living room to gather in. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet which we appreciated from the large back yard. Our only complaint was that we were 20+ from anything, but we knew this when we booked.

Summary: We loved our stay at 114 Long Pond Road and hope to return someday! The house is beautiful and well spaced-out so it never felt cramped even with 7 adults. I loved the outdoor shower and the fenced in yard for our little dog. Perfect vacation spot for a multigenerational family! Thank you.

Summary: The furniture and furnishings were lacking. Bed felt rickety and the furnishings were all over the board and not in a cute way. Things were old and stained. Only one bathroom down stairs and it was barely adequate. Not as clean as I had hoped. Maybe because guests provide the cleaning ? If you look in closets or pantries they are quite a mess. Needs serious cleaning. Just a little disappointed in quality of this rental. One BR no closet. Only one en-suite and it’s upstairs and we found stairs to be dangerously steep. Would not choose again.

Summary: We absolutely loved this house. It was spacious, yet charming and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a memorable Christmas. It was even thoughtfully (and adorably) decorated when we arrived, which was so welcoming. The location was great, a short drive to Hyannis, Falmouth and Sandwich and plenty of restaurants and shops to keep us well fed.
