-Medina Mansion is brought to you by Ohio Epic Rentals, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality. To ensure convenience, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and facial soap for our guests. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.
-No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification. Anyone caught hosting an unauthorized event will be charged the full event fee based on our pricing.
-Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.
-Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.
-A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.
-The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.
-This is a historic estate, thoughtfully updated in 2024. While occasional hiccups may occur, our team is on call to address anything quickly and ensure a comfortable stay.
-Due to the size of the property, we have groundskeepers that periodically attend to the exterior of the property. We may need access to the garage or shed during your stay.
-A security deposit of $900.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
*Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*

Summary: The property is really lovely and there were plenty of options for sleeping for our group of 18. The kitchen was a great place to gather and the outdoor space is quiet and welcoming. The event space allowed plenty of room for our meditation and yoga practices. The property management team was responsive and helpful. The overall experience has made this our groups go to destination!!

Summary: This place was amazing! We had family of 13 traveling from all parts of the country (including Hawaii) and we had more than enough room plus some. The property is super private and the kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and the late night fire pit, not to mention the movie theatre. My kids were born in Hawaii and have not had the opportunity to experience anything like this before. It was especially cool for me because Medina is the place where I grew up. Anytime we go back this will absolutely be the first place we try to book. Outstanding from top to bottom and Austin was prompt with his communication. They even let us extend our stay one extra night on short notice because our flights were canceled. I would leave 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days Austin! We will always remember this trip and this house.

Summary: We rented this for our family & extended family to stay for a near by funeral. It was a perfect location 2min outside of Brunswick, secluded, beautiful property, and beautiful home! The beds were all incredibly comfortable, and the house & property were perfect for large families to gather for any event. The new owner was incredibly accommodating, very quick to communicate any needs or questions that arose. The upgrades being made to the house and property shows that they really care about making this a top notch place for any event or place for large family to stay! 10/10 would recommend

Summary: I had an amazing stay at the Medina mansion!Right from the start, I felt incredibly welcomed. Getting inside was a breeze - the host sent over some super clear instructions that made the whole process smooth. What really stood out to me was the flexibility with check-in times. It was so accommodating, and I was super grateful for the offer of a late check-out that fit perfectly with my plans.Finding the place was no trouble at all, all thanks to the spot-on directions given. The cleanliness and upkeep of the house were top-notch, making my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. All in all, I'd give my experience a solid 10/10 and would absolutely recommend this Vrbo to anyone in search of a great spot to crash. A huge shoutout to the host for their incredible hospitality and for paying attention to the little things. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back here next time I'm in town!
