Summary: All-in-all my experience was an okay one: Cleanliness - Very Good Condition - Very Good Location and Accessibility - Fantastic I even got an upgrade, which was superb. However, the bedroom was on the lower ground floor (almost like in the basement), and so the bedroom in particular had a dank and musty odour.. It was akin to the smell of rising damp that on typically gets in England. I will choose this place again but i will ask for accommodations that are on higher floors.

Summary: We were extremely pleased with the apartments and with the local area (South Kensington). Queens Gate apartments were perfect...nice size, clean. The service (both check-in and daily service) was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly. We definitely recommend.

Summary: This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency and cleanliness.

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 nights. The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to transport and dining out. It felt safe to walk the local area. Was an easy flat walk from Hyde Park via Harrods. Look forward to our next visit.

Summary: 130 Queens Gate was excellent - very gracious, accommodating staff. Also a very quiet neighbourhood with numerous restaurants in walking distance (quite a bit of Italian, and decent quality). Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace are also within walking distance, and if you want to walk a bit further, so is Harrod's Department Store, and even Buckingham Palace.

Summary: There is a terrible smell out of the shower water. Really hope the hotel becomes aware of the problem and sort it out, because we really like it otherwise.
